Kicker: Chinese bear puppy

MARY REICHARD, HOST: Su Yun in Yunnan Province, China thought she bought a Tibetan mastiff puppy with a big appetite two years ago.

Turns out the “pup” was a rare Asiatic black bear cub that now weighs 250 pounds.

She grew suspicious when the furry creature began walking on two legs. It’s now at a local wildlife center.

Stranger still? It’s happened before.

In March, Chinese media reported a man in the same province raised a bear he found wandering in the woods. He too thought it was a dog.

To be fair, Tibetan mastiffs do sort of look like bears.
