NICK EICHER, HOST: If you’re still following through on your New Year’s resolution to eat better or exercise more—congrats! You’ve outlasted most other New Year goal-setters.
That’s according to a report published by Strava, a social networking website for athletes.
Researchers have found that most people abandon their health-related New Year’s resolutions by January 12th!
REICHARD: I ate Cinnabons this morning.
EICHER: Mmm-kay, well, you’re in the tippy-top of the 92 percent!
Because another study from the University of Scranton found that only 8 percent of people fulfill their New Year’s resolutions in general.
But hey! If you’ve fallen short, remember, the biggest key to achieving goals is getting back up when you fall down.
REICHARD: God’s mercies are new every morning!
EICHER: It’s The World and Everything in It.
