Christmas hymn: O Come, All Ye Faithful

MYRNA BROWN, HOST: Today is Wednesday, December 25th. Good morning! This is The World and Everything in It from listener-supported WORLD Radio. I’m Myrna Brown.

MEGAN BASHAM, HOST: And I’m Megan Basham. Today millions are hearing the account of the birth of Christ read from Luke chapter two. In it, are the words of the angels announcing the good news to the shepherds—with the encouragement to “come and adore him.”

BROWN: Those words are featured here in our Christmas hymn from last year’s Candlelight Carols presentation in Chicago. Here are the combined choirs of the Moody Bible Institute,  singing H. E. Singley’s arrangement of: “O Come, All Ye Faithful.”
